I was at a gas station and filling my tank when snow from the canopy fell onto the top of my roof and put a 2′ x 3′ dent on the top of my car. The gas station said they would cover everything. I got an estimate, but I was wondering if the check for the damage could just be made out to me and I keep the cash, instead of getting the roof fixed.

I was involved in a car accident this idiot hit me from behind in the toll plaza apparently under the influence, he admitted fault and his insurance is paying for a rental car and the repairs to my car, but I have been to see a chiropracter for my neck and back, which lead to 6 weeks of therapy…. is he responsible for payment of my medical bills and any pain and suffering????
